Regular Programming:

Free Dream Sharing Workshop with Rebecca Migdal. Third Sundays of every month at 7PM.
Group Dream Sharing is a free meetup for those who are interested in the creative inspiration that comes from dreams. This is a great way to become more familiar with Dream Tending and meet other creative dreamers.
First there will be an introduction on Dream Tending and dream work. Then we will each share a dream, if desired, and spend time talking about the symbolism. There will be a time limit on discussing each dream, so that everyone who wishes to, gets a chance to share.
It is helpful to bring a dream journal or a written account of your dream(s), but it is not required.

Creative Writing with Tina Ralls. Saturdays, 10AM-11:30AM. This six week course will run through May 18, 2019.
Join us for this six-week course as we explore the impact upon our writing of such contemplative practices. Whether journaling, writing your memoir, or working on short stories or a novel, your writing can be deeper, more intuitive and more alive, with the aid of contemplative techniques that open a path to your subconscious.

Sharing your writing with others is optional in this class, as we seek to foster an atmosphere of safety and acceptance that allows our creativity to flourish.

Students will bring meditation pillows, cushions or blankets to sit on for brief meditation periods during class, but this is optional; if you are more comfortable remaining in a chair, please feel free to do so.

$15 per class or $90 for all six weeks, payable in person or at
